10月25日至26日，德赛工业年度战略研讨会召开，德赛工业领导姜捷、罗汉松、李兵兵、钟晨、刘其，以及总部部门总经理、各公司董事长、总经理等中高层与会。
会上，德赛投资发展部作了德赛工业战略执行情况及修订的汇报；汽车电子产业、新能源电池产业、精密部件产业、LED光电产业、自动化装备产业、OEM产业等负责人汇报了产业战略推进落实与战略修订情况；与新能源智能汽车产业相关的各产业负责人对该产业未来发展提出建议，德赛技术中心、投资发展部分别对该产业进行技术发展分析和产业战略规划思考汇报；德赛西威陈春霖董事长就如何制定战略计划促进公司增长、创新与盈利的议题，与大家分享了战略管理工作新方法。
大会研讨环节，与会人员畅所欲言，就产业发展所需土地储备、战略投资的财务管控、境外投资的政策风险及与各产业协同、关键人才的培养招聘等进行了热烈讨论与沟通。
刘其副总裁希望德赛西威注重扩大传统市场占有率；各产业的智能化产品重“开源”拓市场，非智能化产品重“节流”降成本；刘总指出，新能源智能汽车产业能否持续爆发增长取决于电池能量密度与经济性的提升。钟晨副总裁强调关键岗位人才是经营中的突出问题，希望加大力度采取措施解决关键岗位人才缺乏的问题。李兵兵副总裁希望各产业战略目标设定尽量客观，才能对下一步生产经营、人员调配、投资方向具有参考与指导意义。罗汉松副总裁指出，各产业所处阶段不同，总部职能部门要根据各企业所处阶段差异对待；关键能力建设中制造能力是我们的核心能力，要下功夫达成质的飞跃。
姜捷总裁在总结讲话中特别指出，战略管理十分重要，要实施常态化管理，今天我们对战略的检讨、交流，是对未来发展方向和目标的确认并形成共识。德赛发展到今天，如黎明旭日东升，极富前景，我们的战略态度要从过于稳健转向相对积极，并强化推进战略的执行。德赛要积极作为，必须提升战略思维，夯实战略支撑，并持之以恒推动和改善，促进战略的落实。姜总强调，新能源智能汽车产业，是德赛未来成长的根本所在，今天的饭要吃，未来的粮要种！我们要有强度、有力度、有高度地重视未来布局。我们要坚定目标，在2020年实现300亿元的销售收入，在2023年实现500亿元的销售收入。在全力推动产业发展和努力达成目标的征途上，企业各层级负责人，要保持廉洁自律，更要肩负起责任和使命，为早日实现德赛成为具有核心竞争力的国际化公众公司的战略目标努力奋斗！
